Yet the guy took offense and started screeching "keep calm", as if I've said to him that even a monkey would find the issue by trial and error randomly pressing the few available options - which I didn't. Yeah, I'm still a newbie at many things, but I try to learn and appreciate honest help instead of lashing out..
It´s so easy to to use the UUP to create our own ISO. I downloaded the ISO with all and aditional editions inclusive N versions. But when I run the ISO it shows me just the options Pro, Pro N, Home and Home N. Missed I something?
you might have downloaded uup's without last option convert & create additional editions . default selected at last option is download using aria2 & convert which will only create editions as mentioned by you . Thanks & Regards
No. I used last option to create additional editions and checked all of them before download. But just Pro, Pro N, Home and Home N are in. Now downloaded again and waiting to complete conversion.
Can you post the full content of the conversion progress after this run is finished? And check the ini file content.
Sounds very much like the create_virtual_editions.cmd script didn't run. FYI: You could've just ran it manually instead of starting over.
Just checking to see if the UUP Dump site is working correctly for everyone? Every time I try downloading, I get a 0 byte ZIP file. Just trying to see if it's the site or something on my end. Thanks!
Thanks! It's working now. I was getting the message about the unwanted and uncommon software (I'm also using firefox), but it was still giving me a 0 byte ZIP file. I also was using "Adblock" and "Disconnect" add-ins, so I disabled them also. Thanks for the help!
Had to RD on cmd via windows installer to remove the MountUUP folder on c: On windows told me that I had no authorization.
when using uupdump to get feature update on 19041.172 enterprise and using the same answer file that ive been using across many releases -- it complains about windows cannot read productkey setting from the unattend answer file. why? when i use the same answer file on 19577 it seemed fine. if i use rgguard's script to download and build 19041.154 iso the unattend file works fine.. wish/hope rgguard updates now kinda.
@Enthousiast Tested. Alright. I took an extra step in the testing as well. I took install.wim from Windows10_InsiderPreview_EnterpriseVL_x64_en-us_19041 and copied to 19041.172 deploy dir. error appeared I then copied the remaining other files such that ALL files from Windows10_InsiderPreview_EnterpriseVL_x64_en-us_19041 is copied. error gone which tells me, the issue is somewhere else, and it isn't install.wim im gonna test install.wim from 19041.172 on insiderpreview now. update: and just as i thought, i can use 19041.172 install.wim on Windows10_InsiderPreview_EnterpriseVL_x64_en-us_19041.iso files
