@donkeymand support for v1809 Pro and Home (Core) editions ended in past November 2020 KB4592440 is not applicable for CoreEdition when you integrate it, it only get staged for ProfessionalEdition the upgrade fails because of that, and Cleanup you may try without Cleanup option otherwise, don't download or use Home (Core) editions
Havent thought about that version of ADK Can it give problem when Future download from UUP DUMPI I used that version in old days when check key status. BTW Did as you sugested and all whent good downloaded 17763,1637 with no error minus home core version wich I really dont need. Thanks again for help.

No problems with downloading 19042.685 en-US feature update amd64. Don't know if this is local at your network or at MSFT servers:
It forces the script to use dism (for creating boot.wim (iirc) and the additional editions). From the readme:
