    Really strange and confused.
Running (19043.1200) conversion in Windws 10 (VM) and working fine without errors. Converting 22000.160 on Windows Server 2016 (host) and no errors.

Getting only errors converting 19043 running on Server 2016.
It seems that I must upgrade from Server 2016 to 2019

The error is on your end. Maybe try redownloading the package and running the script again.

The only workaround is to use Host OS build 17763 or later

So does it matter which adk version I should install? Will the newest 11 version work?

So running a 19041.1 VM with Windows 11 ADK installed, I should be able to make and ISO from UUPDump using the 19044.1202?

Apologies if this has been asked before, but is there an option to not use LZX compression except in the very last step when the ISO is being built? I'm thinking the updates integration would go much quicker that way.

Can you try and make a comparison?

although, the final fast>lzx conversion will take considerable time too

If you make the changes, I'd be happy to test it out for you and do an A/B comparison.

Yes, the final compression will take a long time, but hopefully all the previous steps will be quick and less CPU intensive. I have decent bandwidth, so I can download everything twice if needed. Or I could just run the two conversion scripts using the same UUP files. Whatever you say.
