Is this an alternative from Microsoft update catalog? Or a means to integrate updates into an iso? I only just now found out about UUP's and I'm not even sure what it is I'm supposed to do with this information.

UUP = Unified Update Platform. It's one way for Microsoft to distribute updates and builds.

So why use it over Microsoft catalog or other update methods? Bare in mind I use LTSC.

    Reboot.
    Run the cleanup cmd (Remove_Failure_MountDir.cmd).
Check if the UUP mount folder still exists.
Cleanup the ISOFOLDER, if it still exists.
    Restart the conversion.

abbodi1406's links in W10MUI_20\OnDemand\22621-OnDemand file are correct, so it's not related if your files were downloaded with that instruction
I was busy with FoD files and still didn't tested W10MUI with DE-DE language

edit: not sure but maybe this one is the reason why boot.wim is not fully localised
    edit: it's not

..I tryed the <Multi_Arch_tool> (Enterprise version) as suggested by Enthousiast; and ran into some issue...

it seems it downloaded everything seems ok (i can see the ISO FOLDER etc & logs says all done ok...) ; however during install... it was 'stuck"@ 32 & for half a day (yes its an older laptop with i3-intel pent 2 series, had win10 x64 installed)

Thus , decided to kill it.. <> and that's WHERE I AM STUCK <in need of help>
in short, decided to REBOOT the laptop- all went ok, but now I am STUCK with 6+ GB of folder/files not needed !
    eg, UUP* folder etc....

I cannot delete these files; even if I run the "take ownership" tools from MDL user here....

can someone help with suggestions/tips etc?
    thanks in advance

The multi-arch tool is the multi_arch_iso.cmd, it doesn't download anything, it creates a mult-arch ISO when feeded a separate x86 and a separate x64 ISO.

It was stuck during install of what?

ps, for cleanup there is a Remove_Failure_MountDir.cmd script.
