Unfortunately it didn't work. I got this error:
    Code:
The specified image file did not contain a resource section.
Finally I used wimlib and uup converter, with replacing the export command to apply.

Something went wrong. I thought I was downloading 16299.125, but after downloading and converting it turned out to be a 16299.15 ISO. Here is the folder that miniserver created Feature update to Windows 10, version 1709 (16299.125). Here is the ISO name that uup-converter-wimlib-14.7 produce using the folder above.

    16299.15.170928-1534.RS3_RELEASE_CLIENTCOMBINED_UUP_X64FRE_EN-US.ISO

Is normal since the UUP2ISO converter doesn't incorporate the downloaded updates. UUP downloader moves them to 'cu' folder in tools root, you'll need to manually integrate them, @abbodi1406 offers a tool for this task.

Would be easier to download latest CU/SSU (*.248) and integrate them.

    Hi!
I use UUP Dump to create the ISOs that I mount later on virtual machine under Virtualbox, the last version (5.2.6.).
Here is my problem: since Windows 10 Insider Preview 17093, mounting ISOs on virtual machine does not work anymore!
After the start screen editing, I find myself directly on the recovery screen. Of course, no option works and I can only put out the virtual machine. This is also the case for RS4 Build 17101 and RS5 Build 17604.
On my PC, Virtualbox works very well. All versions of Windows 10, RS2, RS3 and RS4 (up to Build 17083) fit perfectly. Any Linux distribution too.
On the other hand, UUP Adguard ISOs (Combined RS4 Build 17101 and Combined RS5 Build 17604) have no trouble for virtual machine editing.
Is there a problem with UUP Dump?

    @ Enthousiast :

OK. Thank you very much for the answer. Well seen for the problem that is known by Microsoft. However, I am still stuck in the mounting process of these builds under Virtualbox ...

Apparently KB4090913 (16299.251) is pulled from UUP

    Code:

We have encountered an error while processing your request.
Server has returned an empty list of files.

    What have I done wrong?

you press "D" for "Database Update Check" and you let all the missing versions to update and then you press "A" for "Available Build List" and all the versions will appear including the one that you need.

    Thanks so much!
My command window is too small to display the top lines of the home page including the line for Database Update Check and I never scroll up until now. :wallhead:

Why do you want such an old IP?
