It's just a cosmetic thing, we all have it when on 18363.xxx.
I am using 19H2 build 18362.10019 from ISO built from UUP Dump and it installed and updated flawlessly with no errors. This thing don't appear. I'm using es-MX language (perhaps that is the reason)
18362.10019 is not 18363.xxx
Now 18363 is just RP little test update, real 1909 is 18362.10019... for now...
Soon MS merge Slow ring and RP and 18363 will be fully 1909. Now 18363 is just 1903 with bump delta update.
I havent followed much on the subject, but is this M$ way to not break stuff every 6 months?
Yes. Next „real“ release is 20H1, which will be available next year.
Those who've stuck in the earlier 19H2 18363.327 for the Resetbase/cleanup or whatever reason like me & didn't found any solution, with this latest CU, it's been updated to the latest version i.e. 18363.356
But, still, MS didn't fix this.
UPDATE: Fixed now
I got 6 updates for 18362.10019.
BTW, updates is not my favorite thing I like in Windows 10.
I'm a features person.
It might help if you list the updates you got for 18362.10019 ?
The build number and delta not changed.
I only got 3 updates on a fully updated installation of 18362.10019 today. Security Intelligence update for Defender, Flash security update and the .NET 3.5 - 4.8 CU. Normal fare for Slow Ring on Patch Tuesday.

Read the post stating that, very carefully
Any new 19h2 18363.xxx LP (languagePack) and/or Features On Deman (FOD) released so far in uupdump? or in ISO format
All file hashes are same between 18362 and 18363 in UUP
Wait a minute, does enablement package actually turn on every features of 19H2 on 18363.xxx? I thought it only bumps version. But above statement says all features.... So confusing. I thought only 10019 has all features.
It seems confusing to the blog writers too, on the 10019 blog they said, all features are now enabled for all people who run it.
Afaik, 18363 doesn't have them enabled, but haven't installed and investigated.
I hope someone will test and report here... Even microsoft is $?&%*?
