If the threadtitle says it's the official, it's official ;)

Most posts about it not being the official release after the Full ESD's leaked, even MSFT states it's official, etcetc... are from mostly inactive members who only reply when new official builds are about to be released, never contributed any useful stuff, etcetc...

Installed it 2 days ago on a ~5yr old tablet/notebook hybrid and it runs really smooth.

    Here too :)

"Weird" thing is, others mentioned WU being much faster on 16299.15, i never had any issues with WU on 15063 or the store on 16299.15.

The store was broken on 15063 but the reset store option of the official troubleshooter did was sufficient to get it working again, would love to see it being tested on 16299.15.

When it got fixed before 16299.15 was released it should still be fixed ;)

If you mean USBXHCI.sys, it is, was fixed a few builds before the RTM 16299 already.

Because some people might think it's not RTM. :)

Correcting myself, USBHUB.sys was an additional issue as it seems, not sure if they´ve fixed this in 16299.15, but since they did in 15063 a while back too, this should be fine in 16299.15 too. I haven´t had any issues with it yet and am using USB 2.0 as well as USB 3.0 and even USB 3.1 with an extra PCIe card. No issues with any of those yet in 16299.15.

Hello guys, sorry for this question, but is it SAFE to install this build ? it's RTM no finally ? Or better to wait for the real rtm ? Thanks

No, Seppuku is a suicide with Tanto knife (not with Katana - also common mistake) in the abdomen area.
Harakiri is removal of internal organs/evisceration.

LTSB really solved Your problems? I'm in music too and DPC latency issues whit network cards are deal breakers and I can't use Windows 10 for that. On Windows 7 I don't have that kind of problems.
