    what iso you have created from uup or full esd?

    You probably are in the FAST or SLOW ring, Release Preview ring or not any ring is for 16299.19 CU.

    17017 is a RS4 built you need to change insider setting to release preview if you want to stay on RS3 and get 16299.19
