What I did to get around an upgrade block was this: when the setup program gets to the point that says there is an incompatibility, leave it there and open File Explorer and go to C:\$WINDOWS.~BT\Sources\Panther\ Delete all the files that start with compat in their file name. Then, back over on the setup app, click the Refresh button and it should allow you to proceed. At least this is how I got 1903 to install on two systems I had where it was complaining about the "save to PDF" driver for some dumb reason.
How do I get rid of the 7GB Reserved Storage? The key below doesn't work: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ReserveManager. Right click ShippedWithReserves to modify and update the value to “0” I don't need this at all, I always clean install, I'd rather have my space back.
Does someone have Windows Server 1903 with Windows GUI? The one posted here is only the core version, without GUI.
There isn't a version of Server 2019 1903 with desktop experience, nor will there be. Server editions with desktop experience are only released every 3 years as LTSC.
Business editions lack Home, Home N and Home Single Language and Include Enterprise and Enterprise N.
Use this guide below, it's pretty easy to follow. It's been years since I've done it, but following this guide I was able to convert an en ISO to an en-gb ISO using the required SVF patch file. EDIT: Sorry, can't post links, will try to PM.
