This update seems to of screwed one of my computers. It will no longer boot and just gets stuck on the windows spinning circle. Other computers I have is running his update fine though.

the only difference is that I ran the cleanup image command on this one computer.

all signs are that it will become official, in a few months, after rigorous testing by devs and insiders.

For a clean install from USB, do you recommend using 19041.1 or 19041.21 (both available through AdGuard UUP website)?

19041.21 x64 doesn't boot, and on MDL we advise to use the original UUP dump website.

The 19041 ADK (and PE) smell like RTM to me...

    19041.1 x64 UUP ISO clean installation+CU KB4535550 v10.0.19041.21= 19041.21

No issue & Recommended for clean installation via this path right?

Not got the time but seeing posts like these: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...pc-slow-vb_release.80763/page-19#post-1571806
Which seem to be 19041.1 installs with the .21 CU installed and having troubles too, have to test when i am done with my 18363.592 AiOs.

but I've already installed 19041.1 on 3 systems & all of those have got the CU KB4535550 v10.0.19041.21 via Windows Update on last PT And now are on 19041.21 & running fine with no issue. I need to format another system urgently tomorrow due to the system breakdown so that's why I am asking that whether I can install the old UUP made x64 ISO of base 19041.1. version & then install the CU KB4535550.cab for 19041.21

Considering that 19041.21 x64 won't boot, best to just install 19041.1 and install the updates (dotnetfx48 CU and regular CU) online.

By whatever option you want, use WU or dism the cabs in when the 19041.1 install is finished.
