    I don't understand why people are addicted to updated ISOs if you can get a much lower ISO with UUP or W10UI even without a resetbase.

    .421 update make my laptop so slow, cant open any apps, even task manager keep not responding. dont know whats wrong. but after going back to .388 my laptop work normally again. already installed H2 enablement package before. anybody having same issue as myself ?

    All those examples were by using UUP to show what the differences in size are, using the different options.

    UUP>ISO updates integration is actually a bit modified W10UI.

    The updates are applicable to both, 19041 and 19042.

    I think that now would be a good time to review these preview CU paths for what they are. They are types of Betas and I would encourage you to avoid them, at least until you know how stable they are. I have tried the 19041.42X builds and 19042.XXX builds and I can't recommend them yet.

    Remember what happened with 18362? We got to 18362.1002 and then it was difficult to get to 18363? Perhaps there should be more forethought before going to these later 2020 builds.

    Yes but the thing is you cannot choose what and if you want it to install.

    Are you talking about Windows Updates that are pushed down from MS? If you have Windows Update service turned off, you can get and apply updates manually.
