There is no Education only ISO, both consumer & business ISO contain Education. On techbench MSFT publishes the Consumer ISO twice, the second on called Education.

Ok, I see. If I download Win10_Edu_2004_English_x64.iso from the link you posted, techbench, will it do the job? I mean can be KMS activated and be used like Enterprise?

ALL consumer & business & LTSB/C SKUs can be KMS or HWID activated.

Great! Then there is no need chasing Pro or Enterprise after all (for a regular user)? I could just download techbench Education, copy it to USB drive, install and activate it like Pro or Enterprise. Can you tell me -for instance- why should one prefer Enterprise or Pro over Education?

Edit: I just checked your other post about SKUs. There are multiple Education and Pros.

    Business:
    Windows 10 Education | Education
    Windows 10 Enterprise | Enterprise
    Windows 10 Pro | Professional
Windows 10 Pro Education | ProfessionalEducation

    Consumer:
    Windows 10 Education | Education
    Windows 10 Pro | Professional
Windows 10 Pro Education | ProfessionalEducation

    What is the difference between:
    - Edu and Pro Edu?
    - Biz Edu and Cons Edu?

Which one should one go with?

since there is no 19042.1 version
what is the best way to get 20H2 from the base version and integrate latest updates with it ??
should we start from 19041.1 and do the enablement package thing ??

Am not seeing the 'Variable Refresh Rate' option here. using 1060 on Win10 20H2.546. Is this option only visible if using win10 (1093 & higher) with a freesync or g-sync capable monitor?

    n1.png

Also, is the 'settings header' now enabled by default on 20H1 and/or 20H2 upon a clean installation? Or do we still need to use 'mach2' for that?

Yeah you need it enabled too, in the monitor, in the NVCP if it doesn't enable it automatically (it does that for Gsync and Gsync Compatible that pass Nvidia's tests). After that it'll show up on the Win 10 settings as well, although I have no idea what it actually does or if it makes any difference. Mostly like HAGS.

what about with newly released .546, UndertakerBen?

does this in-place upgrade repair bug also occur with 19042.546?

It makes a difference for UWP apps as far as I know, no noticeable difference in most win32 or win64 apps/games exes

So, basically, that option only shows up if anyone using any free sync or g-sync certified monitor? that's it?

Also, some are saying they ain't seeing that VRR option since 2004, is that true? Anyone here having a freesync or Nvidia certified G-Sync monitor running 20H1 or 20H2 can confirm this?

Does Upgrade still work if you Uninstall Enablement Package (kb4562830) & go back to 19041, Upgrade to 19041.546, then add Enablement Package back ?

You don't need a certified monitor for that option to appear, it also works just fine in 2004.

I don't have that option in my NCP here, which GPU you're using?
