Isn't the MVS Business ISO the same as the VLSC ISO? Then just rename it to the VLSC ISO file name.

Hi after long time to community. I have the lenovo x230 and the last 3 weeks i have problem with the wake up of my pc and to be more specific my pc can't resume from suspend i must turn off from power buton and open again, the version is Windows 10 Pro for Workstations 20H2 19042.746, is so annoyning when happens that. Do you know how to fix that? (i've try to remove the battery, sfc/scannow and some others stuffs but no luck).

    hello mdl,

btw which build is more stable for laptops? I have 20H2 on Adata SSD (HP probook laptop) and fed up with BSOD and once screen shuts itself.

i ve got such issues after hdd to ssd. i think ssd is not friendly with that builds or windows.

so which builds are more stable and tested?

As said in the chat, i happen to run adata su900 (2.5" sata) ssd's on my main system and second system, never got any bsod's because of the ssd on both systems (both running 20H2).

@maverick_GE It might be helpful to share dem crash dumps, so people can actually tell you what's causing them.(or view them yourself and share the error codes)

My HD is the samsung 840 Pro and the bios is set to UEFI, SECURE BOOT i think that issue is from windows update because when i make the first installation 19042.xx works fine. Because i'm tierd from all this i've installed the previous update 10.0.18363.1316 i hope to be all good now, if not i'll go back and i install the windows 7.

Why do you think Windows 7 is the best ?

  15. I said it via my past & current experience with both OS.

the only thing that u can try is back up and do a clean install with a upgraded OS maybe something got corrupted doing your update and now is giving u issues...one of my machines is a x240 a bit newer than yours and comes out sleep mode fine but sometimes it takes longer to wake up.

So you've waited 3 weeks to address this issue? This would have driven me crazy on day one!

Does your PC NOT wake up at all, or does it just take a long time (e.g. 3 minutes or more) to wake up. I doubt this is a "Secure Boot" or Hard Drive issue. This is a Power/Sleep mode issue. There are a number of MSFT web pages that address this issue.

My suspicion is that one or more of the Windows 10 updates has hosed a driver that affects how Windows 10 talks to your BIOS, thus disabling power/suspend/sleep modes. Make sure the sleep and power modes in your BIOS are enabled to permit sleep mode. There may be a Lenovo driver, for your PC, that will fix this.

Keep in mind that this is not a hardware thread.
