I updated to 21H1 build 19043.844 by logging in the Windows insider Program, Windows 10 updated without issue from 19042.804 to 19043.844 but now if I unlink my account on the Windows Insider Program tab in the Settings, Windows updates tries to update to 21H2/RS_21313.1000. Enabling "Stop getting Preview Builds" or setting to the release preview channel before unlinking my account doesn't fix anything. Any idea how to stop it from trying to install 21H2 once I unlinked my account in the Windows Insider Program tab, and I don't have any options to set what build I want to get anymore? I uninstalled the update/upgrade, problem solved.

It was the easiest way to create a 19043 ISO in line with 19042 (with official Edge Chromium in), without the need for any third party tools (W10UI is just a dism utilizing script) When i leave the 20H2 EP out, it won't contain the new edge chromium till MSFT starts loading it into the LCUs when 19043 goes public.

No, officially 19043 doesn't need the old 20H2 pack, but then it won't be in line with the 19042 development, keep in mind 19043 = Insider Preview Beta Channel.
