Yeah, as other users mentioned I did mine using a base 19041.1 + latest updates (from Enthousiast's list) integrated using W10UI.
Maybe they change 20348 to 20349 before the official 21H2 release or Someone in MS is just confused Edit: Looks like the second option is the good one

That should be when win 10 is being developed alongside win 11, till 2025. Now we have a 20348.xxx Server 2022 LTSC 21H2, a Win 11 22000.xxx 21H2 and a Win 10 19044.xxx 21H2
