I don't even have the 19045 EP yet, but I expect that it will be released in the RP channel before the final release in the GA channel. In the past, you could manually apply the EP early, but the GA channel updates would cease. As soon as the there was a final release, the GA channel updates would resume again with no other problems.
I've seen an install borked by the fake EP with my own eyes. It did not recover by itself once officially released, even after the 2nd month LCU. Had to be scrapped. But knock yourself out, it makes for great winver screenshots, minus everything else.
ok, so... is that a way of getting official windows 10 updated isos? if so, can somebody please explain?

You found the actual update or the .mum method: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...1h1-2-vb_release.80763/page-475#post-1742129? The latter won't get you the real Win 10 22H2 features, whatever they are. LTSC is not even meant to get feature updates fake or real.
i did num method that is the same thing i did for 19044 on my main install. the only thing i had to do was manually install updtaes till it official got released
Then stop promoting it, it is not the enablement package and will not do the same stuff as the actual 22H2 EP will do, you only have fake bumped the .4 to .5.
I never had problems when i went from 19043 to 19044 before it got released Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2021 is windows 10 19041. windows 10 Enterprise 2021 did get feature updates
LTSB/C never did and will (most likely) never get a feature update aka upgrade, faked by EP or not, that would undo the whole purpose of LTSC.
19041 and 19044 are the same thing. 19044 just turned on the dormant featurs. I did an in place upgrade to LTSC
