Maybe it has been already written but I have problems with GPT UEFI after building ISO with UUPdump. I'm trying to explain better my issue. I've downloaded the aria script from UUPdump site for 19041.1 (X64) version. The script properly downloads needed files and the process ends without any errors at all building the relative ISO image but if I write that ISO on my USB pendrive with Rufus (no matter at all if I choose FAT32 or NTFS) ìn GPT UEFI mode, when I reboot my PC and select the USB pendrive as bootable device it starts but not in GPT/UEFI and if I try to select the NVMe device for installing OS it doesn't create the additional partitions as it should in a pure UEFI GPT environment. This does not happen at all if I write with Rufus the December Update of MVS ISO 1909, thus I've assumed this problem is strictly related to 19041.1. I hope to have better explained my problems and that someone could replicate it. Sorry for my english and thanks for any feedback about this.
Didn't face this issue ever, even in my 10yrs old Intel X67 Chipset Mobo with 2nd gen CPU, Made the 19041.1. ISO from UUPDump and Made my PD bootable via Rufus (GPT-UEFI+Fat32 formatted), and checked, it showed in BIOS (boot device selection menu). Try using/updating the latest Rufus release, suggesting this as you didn't mention which version (of Rufus) you've used. Also, you try to cross-check with other PD & systems, maybe there is an issue with that particular bootable drive (PD) and/or with that particular system that you've tried so far. BTW, my first comment/post in 2020, so yeah, happy new year to everyone.
Yes, it shows under boot device selection menu and it starts but instead of appearing the Asus Rog Logo I've the classic Windows 10 logo with circle and it writes "loading files" before logo, while with official MVS iso this doesn't happen and I have, as always, the Asus Logo. Furthermore if I install Windows 10 it creates only one partition (100 Meg) while with MVS isos it creates 4 partitions, like a full GPT/Uefi installation, so with 19041.1 iso made with latest rufus and uupdump downloader this doesn't happen and it creates MBR partition. I've tried 3 different pendrive (lexar, kingston) and same issue.
Update. I've downloaded via uupdump 18363.535 Feature Update, built ISO via aria script and my pendrive, prepared in the usual way with Rufus, properly boots in UEFI/GPT mode (Asus Logo full screen and SSD partitioned with the 4 partitions like any GTP bootable OS device). I've tried with 19041.1 and 19536.1000 builds and it says "Loading files" during USB booting, like a Legacy MBR boot and not a GPT/UEFI. So, there is something wrong with those builds and I can't figure out which is the reason for that.
