    Can someone explain the purpose of the StartComponentCleanup command and when you want to run it?

    If I did an install of 19041.1, then updated it to 19041.208 with the cab file via DISM /Online /Add-Package /PackagePath:C:\19041.208Update.cab do I want to run StartComponentCleanup? When the next patch comes, say .209, and .208 is updated to .209 do I run after it applying that patch too?

    I want to create a new ISO with uup dump and do a new installation.

    What is the right cumulative update or feature update for a new ISO?

    I prefer to download packages and make an image of 19041.1, wait 12 may and get another CU, and only after that install the system all the same build 19041.1 and through wu get a fresh CU.

    There is a major conference on 19 and 20. It would be embarrassing to push past that.

    the mouse freezes, I don't even see the arrow anymore, I have to restart the pc and everything works again ... the same thing happened to another forum user, just see some posts back.
