    It's still better than "Faking it" WWDC held every year in June.

    I'm on 19041.207. 19041.208 doesn't show as a cumulative update in Windows Update.
    Can I download the CU elsewhere to just update it without a full install?

    The resulting officially released ISO will be the exact same, if it's 19041.208, next there will be the monthly updates as usual, fixing bugs.

    ive found another issue, sshd broker , no information ...i cant open it but i can click on run option and run it. Fails with resource loader error cant find MUI file. Can you tell me if this is a global issue?. If not then im gonna clen install, if it is then ill leave the other broken things as i dont need storage refresh anyway.

    @ Enthousiast (.. really just looking for some thing to do), a naming solution for Updates that I have recently adopted

    --- KBnumber_Filename_W10Major.W10minor ---
    using highest .manifest build number, as opposed to relevent .cat / .mum number
    windows10.0-kb4534170-x64_NFU_19200.101.cab ---> Net Framework Update ..(notice Major build number.. interesting)
    windows10.0-kb4537759-x64_FSU_19041.082.cab ---> Flash Security Update
    windows10.0-kb4545706-x64_SSU_19041.153.cab ---> Service Stack Update
    windows10.0-kb4552719-x64_DSU_19041.172.cab ---> Dynamic Sources Update
    windows10.0-kb4558244-x64_CCU_19041.208.cab ---> Cumulative Complete Update ..(not Express)
    it (hopefully) shows components current developement builds (in relation to each other)
    ..... (bit OCD, ... I Know.. but can't help it.. can't help it.. ca....)

    .. obviously the mentioned updates are, for 19041.001 (build .1 [suggestion (my opinion) - should be only build used as base for applying updates to]),
    haven't bothered to check if SSU .153 is incorporated into current .208 release [Users using (so called) RTM, should keep this in mind.. going forward]

    Microsoft names the files.
    If you're referring to @ImpetuousRacer needing to rename the downloaded file - it's a bug with uupdump using their random id instead of the original download file name for some (all?) browsers.

    My facepalm moment since the original file is named like that by microsoft.
    uup dump script clearly knows what it should be renamed to looking at the url, maybe it could do it for the user, it's possible in wget for example

    People who manually download the updates can use the info or the rename script generator, check the screenshot in my previous reply.

    .... on the assumption that you are referring to me (my post)

    the answer is, no... I am simply am trying to adopt a file naming structure that has some relevence.. (not the [in my opinion.. confusing] adopted/presented method)

    Maybe it's my age, but i don't get why all stuff must be so over complicated these days, manual download = renaming is needed, 2 sec read time, only need to understand that once:D

    He mentioned wget scripts and I remembered this solution.
    PS: You don't have to use it.

    It's not personally aimed at you or your post, it's the general over complication of things, things that can all be solved by a base knowledge of the subject and a little reading and learning.

    We had these discussions about svf usage before too, made an AIO tool, which downloaded and converted all automated and next came the questions about the tool, etcetc... there always be things to learn and ask questions about.
