Not really a bug but after upgrading 1909 to 2004 the first time you launch IE you get a message to install the new Edge, even if you already have the new Edge installed.

It depends how you view it. For companies and institutions, the "minor" H2 update could be a safer time-frame to jump on to a new release, hence a "major" update involving heavier testing.

Like in 1909, most of the things in the update are fixes, small part of them are 2-3 features from 2004.

The minor update of 1909 was a big mess.

They will include one or two must-have features and extend the support cycle. As I was saying, MS calls this "minor" on paper but this is "major" for corp users and MS knows that. Concentrate on the reality, even the terms they use are subject to revision.

    Not for „normal“ customers.

that's not the point we're discussing here currently, but, again, SDLC.
    As I said earlier, Bug-free software is a myth & non-existential object.

Personally, I don't have any issue with 19H2, & experience varies from users to user.

Major updates has many features. Minor, like I said before, has only several features.

All the better to hook users into trialing RTM-beta software.
This is when MS' biggest customers call in.

Is there a way to just get the update for the Windows 10 thats coming out later this month from UUP Dump or somewherre else?

As far as I can see with UUP Dump it wants to create an ISO file in order for me to do a clean install or an In Place Upgrade. When I tried the In Place Upgrade it essentially un-did all the customization to my Windows 10 Pro that is running on my machine.

I'm looking to just download and install the update from UUP Dump or elsewhere that will just update my Windows 10 Pro and not bring back the services I deleted, scheduled tasks I disabled etc.
