    Is there any reason to get this new iso when I already have the newest build from insider?? Sorry if this question is obvious.

    Not really. Unless you want it for installation at a later point in time or are a collector.

    You can apply SVF to the ISO which was used as a Source by the author of that patch, and not to any ISO you want :doh:
