Did you ever try windows settings - personalization - colors: transparency = off, a custom color, and show accent on title bars and window borders = checked?
All is ready to go, you can use 19042.450 TB ISOs, or 19042.487 from UUP dump or just create an uptodate ISO by using dism or W10UI, the only thing is that 19042.xxx doesn't get the latest dotnetfx48 CU offered on WU.
The techbench ISOs are 19042.450. You can integrate the CU to 19042.487 or create it directly on uup dump.
It's a text file, and can temporarily import it to lay it out in the gui. but anyway, it's standard 'medium' protection, plus the LOCALCDN specific rules, and couple unblocks for reddit, twitch and youtube functionality, and turn off for mdl (plus an adult site there as a request for some friends - not that I'm more catholic than the pope myself)
