19041.1 is removed from the MSFT servers, download one of the later builds and set addupdates =0 in the convertconfig.ini and you will get a clean 19041.1 ISO.
Anyone have freezing issues in 2004? In random moments, doing work, playing games or watching yt, does not matter.
Check the Event Viewer for events that occur simultaneously with the freezing and you might find your culprit. Freezing sounds somewhat like a GPU TDR event that gets recovered, but that's just my hunch.

On a friend's two pcs now, on many icons that show the machine's status such as Defender or if you go to settings > system > information where it shows various statuses, instead of the green circle with a check mark icon, he gets a white-light green empty square. On Defender or when he scrolls through the wifi networks he sees almost two icons together? The basic with a big white rectangle overlapping it.
