That is a very good question. I manually installed the EP to get 19042. I did not apply with M$ to be an insider and I couldn’t get updates with Windows Update (WU) OR that tool for many weeks. Then, suddenly tonight, I’m able to get updates from WU AND Wumgr. What gives? It is puzzling.

Its not on uup , the techbench version that was offered a few days ago didnt actualy apear and the release that was predicted to come yesterday didnt come because problems were found with that tech bench version ?
