I think there was an announcement a while ago that Enterprise versions released H1 are treated differently than versions released H2 which have longer support. I am not completely familiar with the lifecycle for the other editions, but I believe they all have the same support lifecycle. Microsoft is not likely to make differences like we do based on the way each release is upgraded, i.e. minor, major for the simple reason that the support lifecycle is a business decision and not a technical one. However the support for Windows 10 is a fluid area and is possible to change at any time without any notice.
I made clean install of 19042.572, updated it to the lasest update (19042.867) and Meet Now back (for me). It's nice to see it again.
