The latest "normal" patch level is 19041/2/3.867. The out of band .870/.899 are to be installed only in certain conditions like anything released outside of the regular Monthly schedule. They can be considered preview from this perspective.
I am not denying this, only that the bugs introduced by some updates impact a limited number of people. They are those who need to install the out of band updates. There is another advantage of applying only the monthly patches: keep it simple.
i was experiencing some printer issues after updating to .899 i had to completely remove the printer and re-install it again and the problem is now fixed.

Microsoft has released .867 .ISO's & .ESD's. Now they have rereleased .870 (KB5001649 If you have this KB & not sure which version you have the Digital Sig has been updated to Sat. 20 March)) So people not having Printer problems, stay with .867 or update to .870 ? Which one will Microsoft consider the latest build ?
