    Coz it miss the backup copy to uninstall the latest LCU in C:\Windows\servicing\LCU folder - don't know if it has something to do with KIR. But i delete the forced download Servicing LCU 2 times after lastest Win update and or new install from uup - after WU stop offer it.

    I stopped counting how many time i have said this but that is not a usable update and offered over and over and over again for the last xx months.

    For anyone who's wondering - if you performed the trick to get cosmetic 19044 build, you can always revert back to 19043(or maybe even 19042/19041) by in-place upgrading with an iso. In my case, I downloaded 19043.1081 from uup dump - same edition, same language. No issues.

    Maybe soon we will get the 21H2 Enablement Package (19044).
