    I guess that cortana isnt available in some countries will be patched with a CU?

    I doubt it, since it hasn't gone to the Release Preview ring yet. But, anything could happen.

    It's still IP Slow ring, the update schedule can still be different for 19041.

    3-4 more CUs updates it does have bugs that need to be iron out....but over all this build is very decent.

    Upgrade on my second main system (Enterprise) went smooth by WU (SLOW ring), scheduled optimization is set to weekly, no files were deleted, all is fine :)

    Iirc they changed the use of the rings a while back, didn't they? The last RP ring releases were 1909 updates on october 24 2019 after it was already made publicly available on october 8th 2019, according to flight hub.

    I know 1909 is not the best example, we'll see what they come up with this time.
