    It's directly retrieved from Windows Update, so it must be missing in Windows Update also.

    What's the difference between Microsoft-Windows-InternetExplorer-Optional-Package.cab and x86_Microsoft-Windows-InternetExplorer-Optional-Package.cab? Thanks!

    x86_[...] and amd64_[...] packages are express updates for Windows update. Packages without architecture in name (except language packs) are full packages.
