A not very clean fix: Update API in UUPDL to 1.15.0, then use [B] CHANGE REFERENCE BUILDS to change WIF build to 0 0. After that check for update TWICE. First you will get 17688, then after that you will get 17692. Or simply use UUP dump website.

There aren't any ESD files anyway, only official builds get full ESD's and no, they aren't encrypted since 15063. It's UUP only for IP's
When you upgrade to this build you’ll find that the taskbar flyouts (network, volume, etc) no longer have an acrylic background. Looks like Transparency is having problems. This build will only be offered to Insiders running Builds 17655 and higher. You will not be able to update from RS4 to this build without first taking Build 17686 first.

Can't even get this update to download on my old crappy laptop. Get an windows update error of 0x80070002. Tried wiping out the SoftwareDistribution folder, ran the windows update diagnostic, nothing seems to get me past that.
