    first RTM-Escrow?

    The build watermark at the lower right-hand corner of the desktop is no longer present in this build.

    A bit to early, however this the first RS5 build to not have a watermark. So i guess one could call it Escrow?

    Of course as usual, not a final build, just a test without the watermark present.

    On my test clean install it finally opens, however sometimes the other flyouts (Time, network, volume) won't open. Very rarely even start wont open, and when it does, scroll with mouse stops working, however grabbing the slider works fine.

    Testing on VM:
    - 17746.1000 clean install -> not opens
    - upgrade to 17751.1 -> still not opens
