Had hopes for more changes after 2 weeks delay :\ looks like 17730 build's changelog with different fixes. Seems like they fixed the build they wanted to release 2 weeks ago . Interesting to know if it has the latest Explorer dark theme update

I experience intermittent screen flicking in this Build when using the latest Google Chrome to inspect html pages in the browser. Is anybody having this same issue?
