No watermark or expiry date, seems odd that this might be RTM with quite a few outstanding issues still.

There will be no RTM till they fix the anti-cheat GSOD bug..You can't have RTM with crashes n many games..
For all we know the update might need to come from the vendor that does the software and not Microsoft.
Most likely the case. I believe they like to work with final builds, not insider builds. Makes sense to me, being developers for anti-cheat software and not supporting insider builds. (Personal guess) However, this is most likely not a final build. They tend to release several builds without a watermark.
They've been specifically blocking the Insider builds for systems with affected games. Since the issue is with third party software, I'm guessing MS are placing the onus on them to fix the problem.
