This is RTM! (No, no im kidding. I really don't care if its RTM or not.)

I am actually wondering what they fixed with this build.

Does anyone have issues with 1903 + Realtek HDA/UAD drivers like slowing down apps or similar?

    -- To clarify my issue:

When I uninstall realtek drivers + sonic studio, apps are opening very fast and responding immediately. After installing either UAD or HDA, apps responds very slowly and opening lately.

General changes, improvements, and fixes for PC
    • We fixed an issue preventing certain VMs from being able to install or update Windows Insider Preview builds – the VM would hang on the black screen with the Windows logo.
    • We fixed an issue resulting in some Insiders experiencing unexpected BitLocker prompts to encrypt certain drives, and then subsequently failing to encrypt
    Known issues
    • Microsoft Store app updates do not automatically install on 18356+. As a workaround, you can manually check for, and install updates via the Microsoft Store app. Open Select “…” > “Downloads and updates” > “Get updates”.
    • Launching games that use anti-cheat software may trigger a bugcheck (GSOD).
    • Creative X-Fi sound cards are not functioning properly. We are partnering with Creative to resolve this issue.
    • Some Realtek SD card readers are not functioning properly. We are investigating the issue.

Checked with 18361.1 x64 ISO and no vmx fix is needed anymore :)

So store bug remains. Rest of the stuff is third party.

Shaping up to be a good release.

Most likely something that will be fixed with an simple update to the software. The last build had zero GSOD issues with anti-cheat software.

I do not play games. Once in a while. At the moment I am focused on Driver issues. When I install Realtek Audio Drivers, Windows goes nuts. 1809 has no such problems. With 1903, whatever build I install has this issue. Apps are opening lately (with huge delay) and components (visual GDI) are responding very slowly. When uninstall Realtek Audio Drivers, everything went back to normal.

I had with the last 2 builds GSOD with anti cheat software and now with this build it's gone :)

They fixed VM in VMware but screwed up in their own Hyper-V
No automatic display scaling and no sound in this build, at least for me.
Things were working without a hitch in previous builds.

    EDIT:
Things not working with Windows 10 Home virtual machine. Works ok with Windows 10 Pro.

I see this as more of an issue with hobbled together pieces of garbage being passed off as programs. Punkbuster and the like have always been a pain mainly for end users that do not cheat, but have to use the program anyways.

Networking seems to work with less force now than previous builds
