I think the SKIP AHEAD graphic in OP needs a small update from MS. It still talks about past releases.
That also appears in build 18885. Edit, maybe it's a change made via server and that's why it appears in previous builds.
Mine looks the same but my text reads "Search For", not "Start Typing to Search" in build 18890.1000, regardless of my search settings. I also notice you have a power button/icon and a settings button/icon on the left, but what is the button/icon above it? I have never had that on my start menu.
Are u upgrading? disable your anti or any other security software u mite be running if not try a clean install reformat your HD.
