Upgraded from (clean) 18895, and this build says it's a "Feature upgrade" - interesting choice of words
nvm, I created a windows to go usb drive and manualy updated the drivers. Build 18898 has newer drivers for the new released AX200 card.
Getting 200-300 kbps downloads from many sites with this build. Only the "big" sites have normal speed for me.
