    did they finally fix the flickering in the notification panel immediately after opening it? last time I installed and insider version it was even affecting the start menu too.

    Can you upload a gif or image showing that "flickering"?

    Edit: Maybe you are referring to the bug that has to do with the total transparency before the Acrylic blur appears, something I've talked about in several comments:

    If @Diaz21414 refer to that bug, it's quite strange to use the word "flickering" to describe it, LOL.

    Upgrade manually , faster and no issues. Had issues upgrading with the last 2 builds and from now on, I decided to upgrade manually

    Hi, a little late but doing so i noticed while @uupdump there is two RS PRERELEASE AMD64...

    18932.1000 insider fast "fbfd5bc5-f4ff-4f35-a129-488c730ea3db" other was added 3hrs 5 sec later 18932.1000 skip ahead

    I just upgraded my VM and got the same message, just use the manual restart button from the start button, it should say: "update and restart" or "update and shut down", all will go fine.

    The screen you showed has nothing to do with a rollback, what was the error code of the rollback?

    When I rebooted using upgrade and restart that's what it did it roll back the update, u don't get that error must likely your testing in a VM. I understand the error code has nothing to do with the roll back but that's what happen when I restarted
