Edit: put the aria script sha-1 field to use to verify already downloaded files - I know I in BITS stands for intelligent yet it downloads existing files again without this
Care to give a few more details about what are you doing and what happens - you know - on your screen?
I don't know were u getting 99% u don't speak for all the tester not just in the US but all over world were insider test this, im sure others are running into similar issues like mine.
Did you report all to feedbackhub? I can give you a list of certain users for which i can predict future errors. Neither i, MDL or the majority of MDL members is US based.
