That was a short lived Ring, but it does make sense. Just hope that this isn't reflected in the Xbox Insider Program, as I am currently enrolled in Alpha Skip Ahead Preview Ring testing 2004 (20H1) builds.
Update from 19013.1101 First time I see this happens. Reboots twice as usual and in the third reboot to complete setup, my rig shuts off and then recovers back to 19013.
