    It is interesting, that on arm64OS DotNET Updates (for x32, since there is x32 DotNET there) are NOT offered...
    ...anybody knows why?

    if I add/integrate the 2020-01 DotNET KB4534170 [10.0.1.3108].cab update into Windows 10 v19041.1 ISO made from UUPDump, then will it be the cause of any issue like adding the 2020-01 CU KB4535550 v21 [19041.21.1.1].cab or it will be fine?

    ...but you are right, that now UUP FOD coverage is much better, than it was, when UUP has started...
    ...when exactly it happened?
