    I tried to in place upgrade to this version but it keeps hanging after 0 - 64% stage reboot and the circle stops spinning prob a driver issue

    yeah I dont know wtf microsoft did. but they broke something.

    for me it resets the sata driver settings to the wrong setting, causing the system not able to boot.
    it disables the sata drivers from loading.

    I investigated this when trying to upgrade to 19041.
    had to load to recovery and load registry hive to change sata drivers to load.

    microsoft needs to stop messing with things that are not broken....

    and then they have no memory of them breaking things..

    found this on reddit :

    I’ve been on a two-day Adderall binge so this drove me absolutely insane. I even reinstalled from scratch and got the same error. I finally got it to work though.

    What I did was run a system file check by running ‘DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth’ I’m an elevated command prompt and then ‘sfc /scannow’ after that. Then set windows module installer to automatic by running ‘SC config trustedinstaller start=auto’ in an elevated command prompt and then cleaning out the software distribution folder with by running the following in cmd:

    net stop bits

    net stop wuauserv

    net stop appidsvc

    net stop cryptsvc

    Then delete everything in the Windows/SoftwareDistribution folder and reboot.

    Did not work for me tho next step I uninstalled the Feature update for 1903 and tryinng it now again

    I have massive lag spikes when playing call of duty which I didn't have before the updates I'm going back to see if the 1909 version as it I'll report back later.

    Looks like 1909 doesn't have the problem. Is anyone else having this issue?

    earlier, there was/is a boot loop bug for v21 i.e if anyone integrates the earlier v21 CU into the 20H1 base 10941.1 ISO , that I've seen/read here in this OP, maybe for some specific lang iSO, so now that the new v84 CU been released, is that bug fixed yet so that it can be safely added with the base ISO for installation without any error/boot-loop or still persisted?

    Also, so far, these are the latest updates available for 20H1, right?
    1. 2020-01 DotNET KB4534170 [10.0.1.3108].cab
    2. 2020-02 CU KB4539080 [19041.84.1.3].cab
    3. 2020-02 Adobe Flash KB4537759 [10.0.1.0].cab

    Correct me if I'm wrong or 've missed anything.

    Boot loop bug for me on .1 on .21 and on .84 pinned it down to driver error so far and something to do with not accesing the registry hive but I rest it for now it is getting on my nerve tbh :(

    Not yet, it still is in the slow ring (but when installed, the updates are publicly available, no need to be signed in as insider):)

    It's called 20H1/2004

    20H1:
    20 = 2020
    H1 = first half of the year

    2004:
    20 = 2020
    04 = approx. 4th month (it should have been 2003, but because of server 2003 they changed it now to 2004 to avoid confusion).

    The missing stuff is probably because it still is in the IP SLOW ring.
