Many thanks for the reply. After your reply, I tried it on Microsoft Edge on my android phone, and it worked... I was able to download the zip file for 19564.1000 x64 Pro. Somehow it's still not working from the Ubuntu machine, though I have never had this problem before (on the same machine).
