I couldn't download this build with edge stable (it close the browser), so I downloaded it with google chrome.
I just checked Windows update for this new build and it is there but so is the AMD driver that all of you said does not happen. Some of you said to stop Hardware updates which I have done but it does not seem to stop this. Even some of you said it does. So what is everyone take on this. Here is pictures of it even though some of you say it does not happen. Little help here please.

Well this build really suck the big one. After it installed the old AMD driver and then installed this build and wanting a restart. Now I am locked out of my system. It did the normal installing screen on shut down got to 100% , flashed the restarting message on the screen for like 5 seconds. Rebooted showed the spinning dots. Then they just stopped, I waited like 10 mins. nothing, Restarted the system with the power reset, did the reboot process, showed the spinning dots again, then they stopped once again, waited 10 mins nothing, so hit the power down and then rebooted, message came up with the spinning dots saying undoing the changes, then it restarted, but still the same thing. Spinning dots then they stop, so once again hit the power down. Rebooted this time message shows up repairing your system, then the repair window shows up and the only thing that it allows me to do is safemode. So I go into safemode, it restarts with the safemode menu I pick #4 go into safemode and there it is says build 19613.1000. No matter what I try it will not go back to the last build 19608.1000...So what gives with these last 3 builds....This is just BS....MS really needs to get on the game with these builds. Is there a way I can go back to a build before the last 3 without losing everything.
why would u get lock out of your system? i install this build with out any issues....delete everything inside your software distribution folder and try again.
Because the update failed for what ever reason. Now I have a fresh install of this build after 4 tries last night installing it. The only way it would install was that I removed my AMD video card and install an GTX 1050Ti then it installed. After Windows installed I removed the GTX 1050Ti and installed the AMD card. Rebooted and sure enough Windows installed the old AMD drivers over top of the new drivers.
so your up and running? i assume windows gave u the old GPU driver which i assume it works with out any compatibility issues.
Yes I am up and running. But was running with the latest driver from AMD also but Windows always installs the old one from them. It cuts down on the performance and does not allow overclocking the card
