    for some unknown reason few AMD users still are not reciving this build.

    I am running:
    AMD FX-8300

    and can't get the update

    Got it via the UUP dump. Couldn't get it via WU..

    X299 7900X and getting the update via Windows Update. However my preferred route of downloading UUP and then performing in-place upgrade is not possible due to unavailability of UUPDump website at this moment.
