The download is not successful, getting error 22 on many files (403 Forbidden). Edit: Worked after a few tries.

This is the second build in a row that Downloaded through Windows Update, got to 42% Installing and then started Downloading from 0% again.
It does it in stages, it shows downloading at the real download stage and after it creates the uup folders and it fills the folders.
