Fixes We fixed an issue resulting in the background of some dialogs to unexpectedly appear grey instead of white in the last couple flights. We fixed an issue resulting in the taskbar occluding the Power button in the Start menu for some Insiders recently. Finally... this was an ugly bug. Other then this, boring build

Hooray they have solved my problem:- "We fixed an issue resulting in the taskbar occluding the Power button in the Start menu for some Insiders recently."
ive also noticed that its applying user settings after update on the last 2 builds. never did this before, the first time it happened it completely disabled file explorer options. Im wondereing what else has been changed without my consent, as its microsoft who are applying these so called user settings in a config file included with the update
Weird, some have and some not. I had some problems with the wireless connect flyout on earlier build but this build fixed those.
