Installed a little slower than last week's build. Failed KB5001030 update offering goes away after you check for updates.
I'm stuck at 92%... Nevermind, Settings app was just frozen. Force-stop and restart helped. Now installing, 50% done. Download might seem like it's stuck but it's not. Installation was really fast: only a bit slower than usual restarts and it was done.
This was even faster than the last one. It took 29 mins total (download to desktop), the restart took only 9 mins, previously 12. If MS keeps this up, I imagine the final upgrade will take as long as a normal restart, just a few secs.
Finally i get this build install after 5 hours and in my opinion your not missing much if i knew it was going to give me so many issues i would have opted to next build.
Starting services is taking too much time to complete or never :X Administrative Tools is changed to Windows tools :XX
