With irfanview that's usual because in the program itself you'll need to select the extensions that will then be registered for Settings, but it'll fail to apply stuff when it's not started in admin mode (something most will forget to do when setting it up in the first run). It's also the same with MPC-HC, but it'll actually prompt you to switch to admin mode mid program to apply registered extension changes. Under Winamp the extensions menu doesn't work anymore (enabled extension were highlighted before), as it was meant for older OSes. But anyway, I've just noticed that clicking in the dead list will then cause a UAC prompt after closing the options, so that might be the way to force it to register all extensions supported so Settings will work.

Why do i prefer abbodi's script : It's very compact (only 222 kB!) Can be used for auto renewal activation or manual reactivation Abbodi is very reactive when you encounter an issue
because the build 17134.1 is NOT Final build yet. how the final images will appear, so you can make a clean installation.
