So there is only one difference between ProWS and Enterprise, digital license? Why didn't Microsoft just add digital license ability to Enterprise instead of making new edition that can't even take updates yet.
Look at sockets. You have only one processor. Also, offline upgrade works correctly, mine post was about online upgrades that are known to be broken.

Welp, I went through the whole process of mounting the Home SKU WIM file and then converting it to ProWS using DISM Set-Edition. Very time-consuming process. But now I should have the full real thing right? Without lame licensing bugs?
I didn't mean if 16299.15 enterprise picks up the previously established hwid by entering the key on an older Enterprise install. I meant, did you do a clean install of 16299.15 enterprise on a system that didn't have a previously established HWID, and inserted that generated MAK?
I used an online key to activate a clean copy of 16299.15 and got digital license. Previously I didn’t have established HWID.
@Phoenix, can you run "slmgr /dlv" from admin prompt. What channel is listed. If OEM-DM then maybe try the default oem key (6XYV4) for ws...
