If the disc has severe scratches it would show errors during install. It's not like when a scratch is hit the file that is there will be wrongly installed, it's either 0 or 1.
Meh, upgraded a laptop and got an exclamation on a BT device (listed as unknown device). For some reason, 17133.1 doesn't include the "Microsoft Bluetooth Protocol Support driver" that 16299.15 had under driverstore\bthl2cap.inf_amd64_4a368e040ca87769, and didn't migrate it.
Thanks for letting me know. It was actually so helpful for me. So I guess you should have an ASUS laptop. For research purposes, may I know the model? Also what's your BIOS version? It also won't hurt if you could make sure you have the latest BIOS from ASUS. Hope this helps.
Does anyone know how to uninstall Qos, LLDP Protocol Driver etc in 1803? It looks like it is no longer easy, although there must be a way. I tried using the built-in administrator, but still getting the same error.
Same here, but I think I had that error before on RP build, I guess it will be fixed with ZDP. By the way, anybody knows, how to remove "WindowsApps"? I run this command, everything appears fine, but it will not remove and replacing child permissions fails too. Code: takeown /f "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps" /a /r /d y icacls "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps" /inheritance:r /grant:r Administrators:(OI)(CI)F /t /l /q /c rd "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps" /s /q
